A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for two Federal Heights children who have been missing since 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Celena Romero, 11, and Charlie Romero, 7, both disappeared from a bus stop in Federal Heights, according to the CBI.

Libby went with Julian’s mother to visit him while he was stationed in Denver. They eloped. His mother tried to convince them not to get married but they did. Libby was 19 and Julian 20. This picture was taken in park that rented rowboats, five days after they were married.
